ABW International Award 2014 at Designblok 2013
For the occasion of the 15th anniversary of the prestigious event Designblok EDITION LIDU will announce the 3rd edition of ART BOOKS WANTED International Award 2014.
The 3rd edition brings the exciting PRIZE of 1000 € for the Winner and many interesting opportunities for participant artists and authors.
In the 2nd ABW International Award (2013) EDITION LIDU received submissions in wide range of art book forms by authors from 35 countries. The International Jury met on June 8th 2013 in Prague and has selected the Winner Yeni Kim from South Korea, awarded best projects in 11 categories and gave 8 Honorable mentions.
The announcement of ART BOOKS WANTED International Award 2014 will be held in conjunction with the exhibition of award-winning and nominated books on Designblok on Tuesday October 8th 2013 at 8 pm (20 h).
The exhibition ART BOOKS WANTED can be seen from October 8th till October 13th at Openstudio Kafka's house, Nám. Franze Kafky 3, Prague 1 (2nd floor in EDITION LIDU´s exhibition space).
